Flow Dry Technology Combines Accu-Weld® Technology with Sensor Development

Flow Dry Technology Ltd., the world's leading supplier of Flow-dry® Desiccant Packages for automotive air conditioning systems, has combined the robust performance of its Accu-Weld®Seams with new process sensor technology to insure strong, consistent seams in all of its desiccant packages. Accu-Weld seam technology provides a seal for desiccant bags that is pliable and consistent and allows continuous fluid flow and permeability throughout the seam area. This increased permeability minimizes both pressure drop and the interruption of refrigerant flow inside the AC system. In addition, it produces a seam that is significantly stronger than thin, brittle seams on many of our competitors' products.

With the continued success of Accu-Weld, Flow Dry has now implemented new sensor technology in its production process that increases error proofing of seam production during the heat welding process. Whether you require packaged desiccant bags for receiver dryers, accumulators, or integrated (semi-integrated) condensers, the combination of Accu-Weld seam technology and in-line sensor detection increases the endurance of your dehydrator.
