Flow Dry Promotes Jonathan Besserman to Product Launch Manager

Dayton Gasket and Desiccant Bag Manufacturer Creates Product Launch Manager Position to Provide Customers with Technical Assistance

BROOKVILLE, OHIO (March 4, 2005)- Flow Dry Technology, Ltd., a leading manufacturer of gaskets and desiccant bags, recently announced the promotion of Jonathan Besserman to Product Launch Manager.

"This position was created to ensure that we have flawless launches on new part numbers and revisions, so we can quickly solve our customer's problems and meet their needs in a timely manner. Jon has a proven track of experience and leadership ability. I'm confident that he'll continue to display those characteristics while managing new product launches."

As Product Launch Manager, Besserman will be responsible for keeping track of the customer's requirements from the AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) stage through the PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) stage. He will work closely with Engineering, Quality Control and Production to resolve any internal or customer driven issues or questions in a timely manner. He will also effectively manage a customer's project from start to finish to ensure a very timely delivery. This includes the development of tooling, routers, bills-of-material, and work instructions as well as any quality related documentation needed by the customer.

Jon is an active member of I.A.D.D. the International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking. He resides in Englewood, a Northwest suburb of Dayton, with Michelle, his wife of 31 years. They have two children, Ben who recently graduated from Wright State University and Bridget, who is pursing a degree at Capital College after her associate's degree from Sinclair Community College. In his spare time he coaches a girls' high school level select soccer team.
