Materials and Process
Materials can typically be die cut complete as individual pieces or kiss cut on rolls with pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA), or with some materials, kiss cut against a static release liner without PSA. UL rated materials are also available. Materials include the following: saturated felts with and without adhesives, various coated tapes, closed and open cell foams, materials with high energy absorption rates and excellent compression set resistance, plus many more.
